Presentations

Helping others, especially the “invisibles”: I started my qigong practice by taking care of myself. Over time, I was able to bring my qigong knowledge to people who are too often invisible — those who are homeless, poor, elderly, gravely ill. Here’s how I explained my work at an April 2015 presentation to the Spring Forest Qigong International Guild meeting.

Deepening in Community: The altruistic act of going out and helping other people not only benefits those you serve — it will also deepen your Spring Forest qigong practice beyond what you can achieve through classes and readings. In the two-part presentation below I use two case studies to focus on service to others, and stretching beyond your comfort zone.
