Listening House: Dubbed the “living room of the homeless,” the  Listening House in St Paul is a day and evening shelter and community center providing hospitality, practical assistance, and guidance to men and women who are disadvantaged, homeless, or lonely. People in transition or crisis are offered a welcoming space where they can feel connected and accepted. Since 2010, Bruno has volunteered every Tuesday morning alongside staff at the Listening House. He also provides individual healings free of charge in a private room adjacent to the main area.

Hope Lodge/ American Cancer Society – Minneapolis: The Richard M. Schulze Family American Cancer Society Hope Lodge offers private rooms for cancer patients who receive daily treatments in one of the local hospitals and who live more than 40 miles away. Bruno conducts free individual or group healings for cancer patients or caregivers every Tuesday afternoon. Appointments are scheduled by contacting Bruno or the Hope Lodge.


Love Growths Here: The Love Grows Here Wellness Center is a local community wellness clinic organized by the First Lutheran Church in St Paul  (463 Maria Ave, St Paul, MN  55106) with the assistance of the nursing academic program of Metro State University. The wellness clinic runs Wednesdays 4:00 – 7:00 pm during the academic year. Through partners and volunteers, people receive free foot care, blood pressure checks, health assessments, mental health counseling, healing touch, massage, Spring Forest Qigong healings, community folk school projects, and pediatric nursing care. A free dinner is offered to all 6:00-6:30 pm.

Bruno is the co-Director of the Wellness Center and specifically coordinates the healing volunteers; if you are available to offer holistic health services, please contact Bruno. Bruno also runs a Spring Forest Qigong practice group at First Lutheran Church.

Health Care for the Homeless — Energy Clinic: The West Side Community Health Services runs an energy-based holistic services to assist the guests of the Dorothy Day Center in downtown St Paul. Bruno conducts healings every Friday afternoon, 2:00 – 5:00 pm.

Spring Forest Qigong Institute:  Through the SFQI, Bruno is providing practice group guidance to community members reintegrating the community after incarceration and members in recovery from addiction to drugs / alcohol. Bruno is also part of a team of healers assisting the members of the community.
