What: The mind has the power to heal pain and to create joy. The purpose of a healing meditation is to tap in that power using unconditional love, the most powerful healing energy. Bruno encourages participants to continue doing meditations themselves as part of their normal healing journey.
How: A typical healing meditation starts by training the mind on positive thoughts and feelings and ends in a nonjudgmental way to merge awareness and the recent experience. Based on requests from the participants or inspired by comments from the introductory discussion, Bruno uses an existing Spring Forest Qigong meditation, improvises from well established Buddhist or Taoist healing meditations, or improvises on a theme seen as best fitting the information provided during the introduction. A meditation may be conducted indoors or outdoors with or without background meditation music.
